Beyond the Table is a hospitality brand built around a simple idea: the way something is made matters as much as what’s being made.
Everything we do—whether at the table, behind the scenes, or through the work we share—comes back to service, craft, and long-term care. The brand holds a small number of focused expressions, each doing its own work, each shaped by the same values.
What We're Building
Beyond the Table exists to create and support hospitality experiences that feel grounded, thoughtful, and human.
Some of that work happens in kitchens and dining rooms. Some of it happens through consulting, education, and media. Each arm serves a different purpose, but they’re all connected by the same belief: clarity comes before action, and growth should feel steady—not forced.
This isn’t about scale for its own sake.
It’s about building things that hold.
How We Work

Decisions are made with judgment, not urgency. Systems are designed to support people, not replace them. Hospitality is treated as something you build into the structure, not something you hope shows up on a good day.

Beyond the Table Consulting exists to support hospitality and experience-driven businesses through clarity, experience design, and operational judgment, with work centered on the Beyond the Table Estate and select outside engagements considered only when aligned and capacity allows.
Beyond the Table Studios exists to support the brands, businesses, and ideas within the Beyond the Table Estate through thoughtful, long-horizon video, editing, website design, and digital marketing work, with select outside partnerships considered only when clearly aligned and capacity allows.
French Magnolia exists to bring people together through thoughtful hospitality, food, and wine experiences rooted in care, craft, and presence. The work centers on the table as a place of connection and teaching, with experiences designed to feel personal, intentional, and deeply human.
